today i managed to do a few hills while running three miles. 50% more than last time and a bit of hill training. i get a little more confidence every time i run that one more mile. and i always make that sound at the end when the crowd goes wild. i am an absolute dork but it makes me feel better. it’s already february which means i have about 5-ish months to get to that 13 mile mark. on friday, i’m possibly going to be running my first 5 mile jog which is going to be huge huge HUGE :]
AND i managed to find the purple nikes that i so wanted! i guess they were no longer the hot thing at nike.com since when i saw them, they were already on sale but after a quick peep around on google and with D’s help, we managed to find some purple ones in size six too!


i might order them tonight so that they’ll come in time for my month milestone! running makes me so much more awake and i’m proud of myself for not already giving up.
that brings my grand total to: 6 miles!
