5 mile mark ... i guess

doubled my mileage!
today i managed to do a few hills while running three miles.  50% more than last time and a bit of hill training.  i get a little more confidence every time i run that one more mile.   and i always make that sound at the end when the crowd goes wild.  i am an absolute dork but it makes me feel better.  it’s already february which means i have about 5-ish months to get to that 13 mile mark....
